10th annual Stage Struck is April 1

¬† ¬†More than 400 students from the Alamance-Burlington School System will participate in Alamance Citizens for Education’s (ACE) 10th annual Stage Struck! at 7 p.m. April 1, 2017, in the Williams High School auditorium, 1307 S. Church St., Burlington.
The event will include all grade levels from kindergarteners to high school seniors. Many of the participants return year after year and will include dancers from Southern Alamance High School; Alexander Wilson Elementary Percussion Ensemble; and the Eastern Alamance High School Chorus. New groups will include the Western Alamance High School WA Cappella group and the Elon Elementary Chorus, “The Firebirds.”
Derrick Covington is master of ceremonies.
Tickets are $7 in advance and $10 at the door. A portion of the proceeds will go to the school through the ACE Arts Grand application process. In addition, money raised will help stock the shelves of ACE’s Classroom Closet as well as other programs sponsored by ACE.
