‘Broadway Cabaret’ comes to Elon School

ELON — The Elon School’s choral students will present its spring revue, “Broadway Cabaret” at 7 p.m. Friday, June 1, 2012, and 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. Saturday, June 2, 2012, in the school gym on 329 Antioch Avenue.
The show will include musical selections from such Broadway musicals as “Titanic,” “Legally Blonde,” “In the Heights,” “Carousel,” “Damn Yankees,” “West Side Story,” “Mamma Mia!” and “Hairspray.” Marshall M. Qualls will direct and Dr. Mark Rumley will accompany on piano, with choreography by Elon School senior Kelly Autry.
Advance tickets are $10 and can be purchased from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday through Friday at the school located at 201 S. O’Kelly Avenue in Elon. The school is closed today in observance of Memorial Day.
