Crocheted with love: Women of Nepal create unique jewelry

Blessed Hope Nepal is a charity organization and business that is locally owned by the women of Nepal to help provide money and supplies for their families. Currently, they make bracelets and necklaces, which are all hand-made by a team of 20 women. All the materials they use, including beads and thread, come from the market in Nepal.
The items made are crocheted and it usually takes one woman an hour to make a bracelet. They come in many different colors and patterns. The only way you can buy these items is through the distributors, which are located in New Orleans, Raleigh, Nashville and Connecticut.
All the money goes to the women in Nepal so they can continue to make the bracelets. For more information about the organization, go to: blessedhopenepal.wordpress.com or email blessedhopenepal@gmail.com.
