Elon show to benefit Little Pink Houses of Hope

ELON – Elon University is holding a benefit performance of “She Loves Me,” a play that is the basis for the movie “You’ve Got Mail” at 2 p.m. Feb. 11 ¬†at McCrary Theatre on the university campus. Tickets are $20 for adults and $15 for children under 18. Proceeds from the ticket sales and silent auction items will be donated to Little Pink Houses of Hope, which provides weeklong retreats for breast cancer families.

Jeanine Patten-Coble, founder of Little Pink Houses of Hope, said that “we have been very lucky to partner with Elon Cheer and dance team, rugby team and football team for the pink football game this fall and now, the performing arts department.” Linda Sabo of the Elon Performing Arts Department is director of the show and a breast cancer survivor.
