ELON — “Full House” star Dave Coulier will headline the Elon   University’s Student Union Board’s (SUB) spring comedy event   at 8 p.m. April 11 in the Alumni Gym.
For the first time, tickets will be available to the public (while   supplies last) starting at 9 a.m. Feb. 26. Tickets are $15 at   www.elonsub.org/davecoulier and can be picked up at Will Call   on the day of the show.
“When we first started brainstorming options for comedians,   Dave was at the top of the list. I am so excited we are welcoming   an artist that resonates with students, faculty and staff in a way   I’d argue we haven’t done before,” said Colton Cadarette,   Student Union Board concert director. “We are really looking   forward to having Dave at Elon. He continues to build on the   notoriety of artists we have had in the past few years and are   continuing to build on.”
Coulier played “Joey” in the hit ABC TV series, “Full House,”   which aired for eight seasons (1987-1995). The show can now be   seen on the Nickelodeon and ABC Family network lineups. The   show is currently in worldwide syndication in more than 100  countries. He also served as host for “America’s Funniest  People,” which ran on ABC for four seasons; “Out of Control” for   Nickelodeon; and “Animal Kidding” on the Animal Planet Network.

The Student Union Board was founded in 1984 and in addition to providing weekly events, is responsible for the Homecoming Concert and Spring Comedian event.
