Scarowinds’ Halloween Haunt, Friday and Saturday, Sept. 27-28 Oct. 4-6, 11-13, 18-20 and 25-27. Hours are 7 p.m. to midnight Fridays and Saturdays, 7 p.m. to 1 a.m. Oct. 19 and 26 and 7 p.m. to midnight Sundays in October. Haunted Forest Hayride, now through Halloween, J. Razz & Tazz Farm, 466 Peeden Drive, Gibsonville, at nighttime only. Cost is $10 for adults and children 3 and under are free with a paid adult for the haunted forest hayride. The corn maze is $8 for adults and children 3 and under are free with a paid adult.
