Looking for a heart-warming show that will get you in the Christmas spirit?
Then be sure to attend Alamance Children’s Theatre’s “The Best Christmas Pageant Ever” at 7 p.m. Thursday, Friday and Saturday and 2 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 9, at the Paramount Theater, 128 E. Front St., Burlington.
Based on the best-selling children’s book by Barbara Robinson, it is about how a couple struggling to organize a church Christmas show has to cast the unruly Herdman children in the Christmas story.
“It is a great show, funny and with a great message and fun for the whole family,” said director Dolores Carter.
Boxes will be set up to collect nonperishable food for Loaves & Fishes Christian Food Ministry Inc. Tickets are $8 for general admission, $7 for students and $6 for groups of eight or more. The production is sponsored by Alamance Regional Medical Center.
So come out, bring some nonperishable food items as well as your friends and family, and prepare to have a good time.
