Hunter Education Course is March 10 & April 14

   The North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission and the Burlington Recreation & Parks Department will hold a Hunter Education Course for those 12 years old and up from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. March 10 and April 14 at Thataways Youth Center, 1331 Overbrook Road, Burlington.
The course is designed to promote the safe handling of firearms and archery equipment and teach responsible, ethical conduct by hunters.
Participants will receive their Hunter’s Safety Certification and badge after passing a written exam.
