Alexandra Zander Pealo photo bombs her mother / Abby Gregson, Special to the Times-News

Picture this: Someone whips out their camera.
Everyone starts primping. You smile, pose and wait for the snap. What happens next? You learn moments later that your picture-perfect moment was actually ambushed by an intrusive “photo bomber.” This individual has now created pictorial mayhem at your expense by employing all types of distracting behavior that direct attention way from the subject of the photograph (you).
Results may vary, but oddly enough most victims of this mischief find themselves laughing at these hi-jinks including these Alamance County teens:
“Well. my friend Abby, my mom, and I went to the beach for a week. Being me, I wanted to scare my mom. This would be the product,” said Alexandra Zander Pealo, a sophomore at Hawbridge School.
“During art class, Anna and I got bored, and I wanted a picture of us. So, I took out my laptop and shot one, to find out later that my classmate, Sara, had trolled us significantly,” Pealo said.
